COMPARISON
nula vs olly goodbye stress — which should you pick?
both pair l-theanine with gaba. the differences are dose transparency and format. olly does not publish its milligram amounts on the product page, and its gummies list sugar and gelatin. nula publishes l-theanine 100mg and gaba 50mg per serving, is vegan and sugar-free, and is chewed rather than swallowed.

the dose question
olly's goodbye stress page names its three actives — gaba, l-theanine and lemon balm extract — but does not print how much of any of them a serving contains. we checked the product page on august 17 2026 and found no milligram figures anywhere on it.
that is not an accusation of anything; plenty of supplement brands do the same. it does mean you cannot compare the two products on dose, because only one of them tells you the dose. nula's label says l-theanine 100mg and gaba 50mg per serving.
speed, in olly's own words
olly's own page says its gaba 'starts working within 30-60 minutes'. that is a swallowed gummy going through the stomach and gut before anything reaches the bloodstream, which is exactly the timeline you would expect.
a chewed format takes a different route. that is the whole design premise behind a gum, and it is why the two products suit different moments — one for planning ahead, one for the ten minutes before something starts.
what is in the base
this is where the two diverge most. olly's other ingredients, as listed on their page, include glucose syrup, sugar and gelatin. gelatin means the gummies are not vegan, and the sugar is real sugar.
nula's base is xylitol, natural chicle gum base, erythritol, peppermint powder and plant-derived binders, with monk fruit and stevia for sweetness. no sugar, no gelatin, no aspartame. it is worth noting that xylitol is toxic to dogs, so keep it away from pets.
olly's product carries nsf certification, which nula does not currently claim. if independent certification is your deciding factor, that one goes to olly.
common follow-ups
olly does not publish the amount on its product page. we checked on august 17 2026 and found no milligram figures listed for gaba, l-theanine or lemon balm.
no. its listed other ingredients include gelatin, which is animal-derived. nula's gum is vegan.
olly, clearly — $13.99 for 21 servings against $30.80 for a 56-piece pack of nula. the two are built to different specs, and price per serving is a fair thing to weigh.
