how we write what we publish.

what these pages are

nula publishes answers, a reset library and a science page. they exist to answer a question a person actually typed, in the first paragraph, and then to show the evidence behind that answer. they are written by the nula team and are not medical advice.

how we source

every answer cites its sources at the bottom of the page, by author, year, title and journal, with a link to the paper on pubmed or the publisher's site. we cite primary research and systematic reviews, not press coverage of them. when a page names a study in the body, that study is in the list.

the research we cite is about ingredients. none of it studied nula calm gum. every answer says so, and the science page keeps ingredient findings separate from anything we claim about the product.

what we will not claim

nula is a dietary supplement. our pages do not say it treats, cures, prevents or diagnoses anything, and do not name a medical condition it helps with. they do not promise how fast it works: ingredient studies do not establish how nula is absorbed or when you will feel an effect, so we do not put a clock on it.

these rules are checked by an automated test every time the site is built. a page that breaks one does not publish.

comparisons with other products

when we compare nula with a named brand, every figure is read from that brand's own label or product page, the page links to what we read, and each row shows the date we read it. those dates expire: a comparison older than six months fails the build until someone re-reads the label.

dates

each answer shows two dates. published is the day it first went live and never changes. last reviewed is the day someone last checked the copy and its sources, and it moves every time that happens. an article shows an updated date only when its text was actually revised.

who reviews

answers and articles are written and reviewed by the nula team. we do not attribute pages to a named clinician or reviewer unless that person actually reviewed them, and we do not currently list one.

corrections

if a page is wrong, email support@trynula.co. a correction updates the page's reviewed date.
